I know. It’s a cheesy name.
But I like it.
Launch Pointe is the opportunity for our students to spend a few hours every Tuesday serving people the way that Jesus commanded by feeding, clothing, and comforting people who are incapable of doing so for themselves.
We open the doors for students to come into the Family Life Center (the Lobby next to the Gym) at 4pm.
Some Tuesdays will be spent stuffing backpacks with food for underserved children, and others will find us cooking for some of our neighbors who might do well to have an extra meal prepared for the week.
Some days we will take a field trip and help someone clean their home.
We will also have some projects around the church that will need some attention.
We love Jesus.
We love people.
We serve both with our Tuesday nights from 4pm to 7:30pm.
