North Pointe is a fresh expression of the Body of Christ. We cooperate with the following Baptist agencies to mulitply mission efforts: Tarrant Baptist Association, Baptist General Convention of Texas, Southern Baptist Convention*. Our mission is simply to "love God and love people".

We begin by honoring God with our praise and worship, recognizing that He is Holy God and thanking Him for offering us grace through His Son Jesus Christ. We do not pattern corporate worship after any model – instead, we prayerfully utilize any song, drama, method or resource that will lift up the Lord and lead people of every walk of life to connect with Him. We believe that gathering together in worship is empowered by our daily fellowship with God and His Word.

We affirm God's leadership in each life and His calling of gifted servants to lead us as well. North Pointe is guided by the Shepherd Council, a group of elders who are committed to leading us to follow God's mission for His church through their study of His Word, prayer, vision-casting and shepherding of the church. They work with the ministry-driven church staff and qualified lay-leaders to provide the communication and resources needed to make ministry happen.

We encourage personal discipleship, understanding that salvation is a life journey that begins with surrendering to the saving grace of Jesus Christ. North Pointe is blessed with amazing Bible teachers, who lead Bible Studies on Sunday mornings and at various times during the week. NPBC's teaching and preaching ministry unashamedly presents the truth about relationships, giving, purity, and other life-giving messages from the God who blesses. We believe that the Word of God is powerful and relevant, and we study it diligently so that we can be transformed by His truth.

We recognize our deep need for community, that we live in a world that is becoming increasingly disconnected from God and each other. The Life Group ministry offers every person an opportunity to get connected with other believers, to share our lives with each other, to offer encouragement and accountability when we need it the most. Life Groups meet throughout the week in homes, restaurants and at the church in order to accommodate every busy schedule and every life need.

We affirm God's calling to be directly involved in missions, both in Northeast Tarrant County and around the world. The goal is to grow the Kingdom of God through planting churches, and we are excited about supporting new works including Guatemala. We are committed to provide all the missionary support required to reach the Achi people of Guatemala and to continually cooperate with associations and conventions* to reach as many people as possible with the life-changing news of Jesus Christ.

We value the ministry of reaching a new generation and the existing culture with the love that has given us life. North Pointe is a place where we do everything, from worship to missions, with an understanding that it is not about us. We understand that although the Message never changes, the methods of ministry have to.
